A Lead Web Developer based in Bitola

Together We Grow is a project designed for young people who are passionate about sport. The primary objective of the project is to encourage intercultural dialogue and foster social inclusion through sports. The project aims to bring together young table tennis players from different backgrounds and nationalities, provide them with the opportunity to exchange knowledge and experiences, and create a supportive and inclusive community.

The specific objectives of the project include
- promoting social integration and cohesion, - enhancing the participants' personal and social skills, and - increasing their awareness of cultural diversity.

Through various activities, such as training sessions, tournaments, workshops, and cultural visits, the project seeks to develop the participants' communication, teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

The expected outcomes of the project are:
- improved physical and mental wellbeing through regular practice of table tennis - appreciation of the benefits that table tennis as a sport has over young people - deeper understanding and appreciation of cultural diversity and learn to respect and value differences - improve their language skills and gain a broader perspective on the world.

Moreover, the project will help to create a more inclusive and diverse table tennis community, fostering a sense of belonging and promoting equal opportunities for all. Overall, the Together We Grow project aims to use table tennis as a tool for social change and bring young people together in a supportive and inclusive environment.

Ping pong Pelister

TTC Pelister, officially registered as a sports club in North Macedonia in 2016, competes in the prestigious first table tennis league in Macedonia. The club features 15 professional members, including seven talented players under 15, one of whom is the U15 state champion, and over 30 amateur members aged 7 to 77.

Aps Asd Margherita Sport

Asd Margherita Sports e Vita (MSV) promotes sports in Margherita di Savoia by organizing events for young athletes and offering free activities for all ages. They focus on youth basketball,outdoor sports, and collaborate internationally to enhance their programs. MSV aims to make the city known for its natural beauty and sports culture

Table Tennis Club Kefalonia & Ithaki

The club, founded in 2019, competes in Greece's second table tennis league with 40 members. They promoted table tennis in the Ionian islands and co-hosted Greece's first international para table tennis tournament since 2004. The club offers training and recreational activities for all.

Table tennis club Top Spin

Vranjski Stonoteniski Klub Top Spin, RS, has over 120 active members, including 50 minors. Daily practice sessions are held for all ages, with weekend competitions. The club emphasizes support for migrant youths and those with disabilities, conducting weekly table tennis workshops in schools and kindergartens.

Filip Filipovic is a head of the table tennis club and member of board in “Vranjski stonoteniski klub Top Spin”, he has long term experiences in social work with families and youths

The table tennis club Vranjski stonoteniski klub Top Spin, RS consists of more than 120 active members. More than 50 of these members are minors, younger than 18 years. Practice sessions for both, youths and adults, take place on a daily basis from Monday through Friday between 16 and 22 o’clock. At the weekends, the members regularly participate in team and individual competitions. A special emphasis lies on the integration of and support for migrant youths and youths with disabilities. Apart from regular practice and competitions, our table tennis section conducts “table tennis workshops” on a weekly basis in schools and/or kindergartens. The responsibility and tasks of the coordinator are project management, monitoring, and evaluation of the results.

Borce Talevski, the president of the organization is a Table tennis trainer with a work experience of more than 15 years. As a chair of the club he has organized many activities and participated in numerous competitions and championships with his members. An active citizen in promoting healthy lifestyle and physical activity who has participated in public events to raise the awareness of the young people of the importance of being physically active.

Hristina Leova-Quality Assurance

Hristina Leova, a teacher in English language with more than 17 years of experience, is an associated person with the organization. Her expertise involves writing, managing and implementing Erasmus projects, since 2014. She has participated in more than 15 projects, as a coordinator and partner, and has attended international structured courses on Preparation of proposals in Erasmus, and EU projects quality design and management. As a teacher she has an access to more than 150 students, and they are willing to take part in testing, monitoring, and evaluating project results.

Has experience with the use of ICT tools in learning knowledge

Roberto Amoruso-Quality Assurance

Consultant in strategic marketing for clients, Identification of target consumers, Planning marketing and communication activities, Planning, designing and implementing marketing tools, Seminar and conferences organization. Therefore, aiding learners such as trainees, unemployed and job seekers to develop their professional competences through-learning, on-the-job training, basic skills training, she has been tutoring activities for Team building, group work and motivation activities for employees of client companies.

Polychronis Politsis-Project manager

He is the head coach of the club with more than 20 years of experience in table tennis, both as a professional player and a coach. From 1987-2000, he was a professional able-bodied table tennis player, from 2003-2011 a disabled table tennis player, and since 2011, a professional table tennis coach appointed to the Greek National Para Table Tennis Team (head coach), the Panhellenic Athletic Club for Physically Disabled Persons (head coach), and currently ASEA Kefalonia and Ithaki

Christos Gkoumas-Quality Assurance

He is an external collaborator of our club and a PhD candidate in Psychology at the University of Cyprus. He has expertise in Cognitive Neuroscience and the use of digital technologies (e.g., virtual reality) for assessing and training the cognitive abilities of athletes
